Dr. Douglas Moodie
Dr Douglas Moodie is chairman at the Department Of Paediatrics and Associate Medical Director at the Ochsner Clinic Foundation in New Orleans, USA. He was chairman of Pediatric Cardiology from 1978 to 1985, Vice Chairman of Medicine at Cleveland Clinic Foundation from 1985 to 1989 and Associate Chief of Staff at the Entire Cleveland Clinic Foundation from 1989 to 1994. Dr Douglas Moodie was also Chairman at the Department of Pediatrics from 1987 to 1994 and Chairman at the Division of Pediatrics from 1994 to 2002 at Cleveland Clinic Foundation. From 1994 to 2002 he was the Director of Cleveland Clinic Children’s Hospital.
Dr Douglas Moodie is in the Executive Committee of American Academy of Paediatrics of the State of Louisiana from 2002 till nowadays. He has also been Chairman of the Nominating Committee of the Cardiology Section of American Academy of Pediatrics at 1993, Chairman of the Cardiology Section of Academy of Pediatrics from 1994 to 1996 and President of the Northern Ohio Pediatric Society from 1994 to 1995.
Dr Douglas Moodie is the senior editor of the Congenital Heart Disease Journal, has over 220 papers, more than 56 books and chapters, 202 abstracts and 53 displays and exhibits at 297 regional and international presentations.
